ABOUT ME.
I started in hospitality, opening and running restaurants for Sir Terence Conran and Raymond Blanc before opening my own award-winning, Michelin Guide-listed restaurant in Manchester.
I then co-founded CRU Kafe, helping build an organic coffee company into an international omnichannel brand stocked in more than 750 UK stores (Inc Harrods, Waitrose) and served in 150+ five-star hotels worldwide.
I later launched Food Busker as a joint venture with Jamie Oliver, reinventing myself again as a creator, performer and personal brand. I built an audience approaching half a million people, created hundreds of digital viral films, generated 100’s of million views and worked across television, branded content, publishing, live events and commercial partnerships.
I've written for The Guardian and Time Out, appeared on television, performed on stage, curated festivals, advised brands and collaborated on projects ranging from mainstream entertainment to creating celebrity bacteria cheeses for exhibition at the V&A.
Most recently, I helped build Disciple, a beauty and wellness brand at the intersection of psychology and skincare. Working across DTC, retail and strategic partnerships, the brand secured partnerships with Holland & Barrett and was recognised with the NatWest Everywoman Brand of the Future Award.
I've been an employee, operator, restaurateur, founder, investor, board member, fundraiser, creator, performer and personal brand.
Some things worked brilliantly.
Some didn't.
That breadth now informs everything I do.
I understand both the person and the machine you're trying to build.
